Eric & Holly Howell

Lead Pastor

We're the Howell family—Eric and Holly, along with our five wonderful kids: Stella, Roman, Adaya, Allison, and baby Esther. Eric is the lead pastor and church planter, and together we're passionate about creating a life-giving church filled with life-giving relationships. As a family, we love taking walks, spending time together, and making memories with our friends and extended family. More than anything, our heart is that every person who connects with our church would come to know God, find freedom, discover their purpose, and make a difference.

Scott & Sarah Herring

Youth Pastors

Scott and Sarah Herring have three children: a daughter named Savonnah, and two sons named Brookes and Reece. Scott owns his own business, while Sarah works as a teacher. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors. They especially love camping.

Originally from mid-Michigan, the Winter family brings with them a strong sense of community, curiosity, and creativity. They enjoy a wide range of interests, from technology, music, and the arts to outdoor activities and lifelong learning. Committed to helping others and fostering meaningful relationships, they value time together and actively seek to contribute in positive and supportive ways.

Cal & Anna Forks

Assistant Youth Pastors

We’re Cal and Anna, with our two sons, Rhett and Tobias, and we’re grateful to call nappanee home. As a family, we value meaningful connection, time spent outdoors, and sharing laughter together. Cal enjoys bow fishing and being out on the water, while Anna has a passion for home renovation, plants and photography. Rhett is energetic and outgoing, and Tobias brings so much joy to our home with his sweet nature and constant curiosity. We love spending time with friends, building community, and doing life alongside others. We’re thankful for the opportunity to grow together in faith and fellowship.
